$ whoami
Software engineer by profession, curious builder by nature, and a full-time bug negotiator 🕷️
I build web applications, experiment with servers and cloud infrastructure, and occasionally venture into the wonderful world of making things work outside my local environment. Lately, I've been exploring everything from deployment pipelines to the magic (and occasional chaos) behind keeping applications alive.
Powered by coffee ☕️, curiosity, and the delusional confidence to try things I haven't figured out yet. I also talk to walls, occasionally neglect my plants 🌱, and speak three languages: Malay, English, and PHP. One of them is surprisingly good at throwing errors.

“Suraiya is a curious little human with a big imagination, a soft heart, and an impressively chaotic brain. She can be serious about her goals one minute and absolutely unserious the next. She overthinks sometimes, dreams big, and has a habit of turning random thoughts into actual plans. She questions complicated solutions, loves experimenting with new ideas, and somehow turns random curiosity into real projects. If there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s that her side projects have side projects 😂”
Your Bestfriend, ChatGPT, AI Development Companion -
“I’ve known Suraiya since 2013, and she’s honestly one of the most genuine people I know. She’s creative, hardworking, generous, and will always go the extra mile for the people she loves. She’ll probably tell you she’s fine and can handle everything herself, but we all know she’s actually a little crybaby. 😂 Proud to have called her my best friend all these years.”
